My name is Oliver Kristensen and I run ODK Photo from my studio in Nørresundby. As a specialist wedding photographer my focus is simple: to preserve your day with respect for the small moments and the big emotions. I work with a calm, attentive approach so you can be present with each other without feeling directed by the camera — that is what creates the most honest and memorable wedding photographs. My approach to wedding photography is documentary-led combined with guided portraits. I watch for moods, spontaneous glances and intimate moments while also ensuring beautiful, well-composed portraits of you as a couple. I create a relaxed atmosphere so even those who are not used to being in front of the camera feel comfortable. It’s about giving space to emotions while applying professional control of light, composition and pacing. I typically photograph both in the studio and on location — from intimate portraits in my Nørresundby studio to outdoor sessions in Aalborg and across North Jutland. I’m happy to travel for weddings and engagement shoots so we can find the settings that best suit your story. As a photographer I place your wishes at the centre; I listen to your ideas, suggest suitable locations and offer small practical tips to help the day run as smoothly as possible.
