As a wedding photographer in Odense, I am passionate about creating images that still feel true long after the day has passed. My name is Mikkel Tastesen and I run Miktas Foto — my work is based on a relaxed, documentary approach where natural smiles, small moments and fine details matter more than stiff, posed portraits. On the day I work discreetly and professionally — often staying in the background to capture genuine reactions, while stepping in to guide when needed so you get both natural, candid photos and beautiful couple portraits. I avoid over-editing and keep colours true to the atmosphere of the moment. My approach is practical and caring: we plan a short wedding meeting before the day, run through the timeline and your wishes, and I ensure clear communication and cancellation security so you can feel confident. During the portrait photography I focus on pace and atmosphere — no long, awkward posing, but simple directions that create natural flow and smiles. I also capture small details: hands, the bouquet, textures and mood lighting, because those are the elements that bring back the memory of the day. Beyond the core wedding photography I offer optional extras such as a mobile photo booth and drone footage if you want aerial perspectives or fun guest memories. You will receive high-resolution images, and I’m happy to help with photo books or prints so your memories can be displayed at home. As a local photographer on Funen and in Southern Denmark I’m used to working at churches, town halls and selected locations around Odense.
